We publish articles that are a mix of meaningful beauty content, accessible career advice, and upfront discussions around our shared experiences as women and creatives.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide any women who want to build up their lives with the safety and opportunity to do so, and we do that in two ways:
- We create and amplify beauty content that is relatable and relevant to women with diverse identities and from all ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds.
- We share knowledge and resources that support women navigating the ups and downs of the Australian workforce, both creative, corporate, and beyond.

Founded by
Minnie Isaac
White Rabbit Social was founded by Minnie Isaac, a 28-year-old Assyrian-Australian from Sydney who left her corporate career and entered the beauty space in 2020.
She quickly recognised the common career challenges faced by women across industries, often caused by an underlying lack of financial transparency.
Minnie established White Rabbit Social to give women a digital space where they can slow down, enjoy their beauty content more mindfully, and find resources and people that support their growth.
