The Private Founder Network Giving Women The Connections, Capital, And Support They’re Missing at The Boys Club

The Private Founder Network Giving Women The Connections, Capital, And Support They’re Missing at The Boys Club

The brain behind Female Startup Club, Doone Roisin, has responded directly to her community’s collective ask: we need a women-only space to thrive in business.

After years of hearing women speak about isolation, gatekeeping, and the lack of meaningful support in traditional business circles, FSC has launched an intentionally designed private founder network exclusively for high-achieving women.

The offering is far more intimate than FSC’s 160,000-strong audience, with the first cohort capped at just 100 Founding Members.

The goal, a theme across all of Doone’s work, is bring together a concentrated group of exceptional women and create a space where their ambition is normalised and their access to capital, knowledge and strategic support expands dramatically.

Self described as “The New Private Network for the Next Generation of Female Leaders; Founders, Creators & Growth Execs Building Scale, Influence & Wealth. Curated. Application-only. Built for outcomes. And vibes.”, the network maintains a strict screening process.

Every successful applicant will be invited to interview directly with Doone to ensure alignment, values fit and a give-first mindset.

Who Is the Private Network For?

The group is already attracting a powerful mix of founders who are scaling toward seven and eight figures, preparing for exits, raising capital, entering new markets and actively seeking senior strategic support.

Equally, it is drawing executives in high-level corporate roles who want to build income streams outside their 9–5, transition into portfolio careers and access networks that match their pace and experience.

Creators and emerging investors have also joined the waitlist, with early applications including leaders and operators from Canva, Bumble, Deloitte, Atlassian, Afterpay, McKinsey, Airwallex, Dell Technologies and BuzzFeed, as well as founders behind some of the most recognisable female-led consumer, tech and creator brands today.

Applications Are Now Open for Founding Membership

Successful applicants will be invited to interview directly with Doone, making this one of the most intentionally curated women’s business networks currently available.

For women who have spent years navigating spaces not built for them, FSC’s private founder network represent a rare opportunity to be in a room created entirely with female founders, senior leaders, creators and investors in mind.
