Founded By Minnie Isaac

White Rabbit Social was founded by Minnie Isaac, a 27-year-old Assyrian-Australian from Sydney with a background in Logistics and Marketing. After entering the Australian beauty space in 2020, Minnie quickly recognised the challenges women in creative fields face, particularly in undervaluing their work due to a lack of transparency and evolving industry standards.

Driven by a passion for providing accessible resources and fostering honest conversations, Minnie established White Rabbit Social as a platform dedicated to empowering women, supporting creatives, and promoting inclusivity and transparency within the beauty and creative industries.
