Quick points:
- Adore Beauty’s Sydney store is on Level 1 of Broadway Shopping Centre, Glebe.
- The store vibe is light, minimal, and tech-forward. Pricing screens replace traditional tags, and the layout feels calm, not cluttered.
- Some of the brands you’ll find including holy grails and new: Wella Professionals, OPI, Beauti-fltr, Robe Haircare, AB Lab, Viviology, and Basics By B.
- It’s worth visiting! You can swatch, sample, and get skincare advice from a Dermal Therapist.
- Skin treatments are fully redeemable on product and there’s a private treatment room on site. Book in a session here to not miss out.
- PS: The store is cashless, supports click & collect and in-store returns, and has easy parking on Level 1 North.
Already a beauty lovers dream, Broadway shopping centre is home to mega retailers MECCA and Sephora, alongside other brand specific stores like MAC Cosmetics and Napoleon Perdis.
Joining the line up is a boutique Adore Beauty store, already a favourite amongst beauty (and Tim Tam) lovers.
I popped by the store as I couldn’t take the curiosity any longer. I’m reporting my findings below.
Where Is the Adore Beauty Store in Sydney Located?
Image: The entrance to the Adore Beauty store.
A 20 minute walk from Central Station, down Broadway road leads you to the Broadway shopping centre in Glebe. You’re also able to take a 2min bus.
Located inside the Broadway centre on level 1 (you’ll see the Pandora store when you go up the escalators). Adore Beauty is sandwiched between Honey Birdette and Sportsgirl.
PS: The internal escalators are flat, but the usual entrance I take off Broadway road has stairs. If you’re driving to the store, the best place to park is Level 1 North.
What Does the Store Look and Feel Like?
Once you arrive the signature black and white branding helps it be an easy spot, and displays across the sides and tops of the store switch between product information, offers, and free gift promotions.
The store itself is light, white, but not glaring. The products housed in the bricks and mortar supply the colour, and the tech forward design is a fun change to the usual shopping experience.
After walking in, you can feel the inviting but minimal vibe, and I didn’t feel overwhelmed by the layout, which is a huge tick for me.
I felt the store reflected Adore Beauty’s online branding, and the mix of brands felt very familiar.
Image: Pricing displays throughout the store are on tablets.
Shelves display products grouped by category and brand, alongside screens which display pricing to constantly reflect the sales going online.
It’s worth noting the store is cashless, and the pricing is displayed on tablets across the store.
What Brands and Products Are Available In-Store?
There’s a curation of Adore Beauty’s best selling brands available in store, which gives the collections chosen a boutique vibe.
My understanding is this selection changes somewhat based on location, but I spotted so many of my favourite holy grail brands like Wella and OPI.
Quick picks to shop from my favourites:
- Wella Professionals Ultimate Repair Protect Leave-In, $63.00
- Wella Professionals Ultimate Smooth Oil, $78.00
- OPI Repair Mode, $39.95
- OPI Moisture Mission Hand & Foot Cream, $34.95
And brands I wasn’t expecting to see in person like ROBE, Beauti-fltr, AB Lab (their in-house brand), and James Vivian.
Quick picks to shop from underrated brands:
- Beauti-fltr Feather Light SPF 50+, $25.00
- Robe Haircare The Tonic, $69.99
- AB LAB Hydration Boost Lip Mask, $20.00
- Viviology Hydrating Sleep Mask, $60.00

You’re able to get testers from any of the staff, and they make an effort to encourage you to test and try what you can, in a totally non-pushy way.

The categories I peeped are mostly the same as online, including a fragrance, haircare, body, and makeup sections.

A new brand to me was Basics By B, an Australian makeup brand that I’ve started to see popping up on my feed. Created by Bonnie G, I’ve been keeping an eye on them since spotting then in store.
I love that there’s a place to test and swatch in person, and discover new brands.

What Makes the Sydney Broadway Store Different from Shopping Online?
Test and swatching products goes a long way when purchasing something new.
I was looking forward to trying the Ceramide Moisturiser from Viviology, and even though I had seen photos and the ingredients list, the texture wasn’t what I was expecting (slightly richer, in a good way), because I got to swatch, the Lightweight Moisturiser turned out to be more my vibe!
The Adore Beauty staff also agreed that it would be better for my skin type.
The staff are extremely helpful. Although this isn’t exclusive to in person (the online staff at Adore are also very helpful and can connect you with your best fit, via email or online chat).
For the stores that have a treatment room (Broadway does) they have a Dermal Therapist on site, and all treatments are fully redeemable on product.

Although compared to the Adore Beauty website has a less options, but I do think many will welcome the more curated range.
What Was My Favourite Part of the Store Visit?
The staff support was amazing (if it helps, they didn’t know I was writing this, and I walked in with no makeup on).
Discovering new brands was great, and being able to get samples of products that were previously online only felt like a safer bet for my fussy skin type, too.
Learning about the in-store treatments was a welcomed shock, and perfect for anyone who stocks up their routine at Adore Beauty.
Final Thoughts: Is the Adore Beauty Sydney Store Worth Visiting?
I’d recommend anyone curious to absolutely pop in. Having access to brands that are usually online only was wonderful, and brought back a lot of joy in the more mindful shopping experience.
I genuinely felt it was a nice beginner friendly environment too, with the staff sharing their knowledge freely, and being motivated to help. Huge thumbs up for skincare knowledge, and encouraging conscious shopping.
