Founded by Jen Novakovich of The Eco Well, the Science in Beauty E-Summit is part of Jen’s greater free e-conference initiative, that seeks to bridge the gap, and break down barriers to access.

Factors like travel, registration, accommodation, time spent away from home and work – all create significant knowledge gaps for people who can’t access.

Beyond that? Jen was over the poor curation of speakers that were there because of who they knew, rather than what they knew.

New at Priceline (With Plenty of Behind The Scenes)

So, What Ingredients And Product Trends Are at Priceline?

🤍 Peptides, Multi-Peptides, And Ceramides

Skin barrier love won’t stop, and we’re not complaining.

As the understanding and appreciation for peptides grows, complexes with multiple peptides (you’ll see it as ‘Multi-Peptide’) are becoming more common, layered with complementing ingredients like collagen and Ceramides.

• The BUBBLE Cosmic Silk Hydrating Milky Toner is packed with Ceramides, and has a slightly thicker, skin wrapping texture (think full cream milk).
• Coming soon to Priceline, the Green Tea Ceramide Milk Barrier Essence by InnisFree is as dreamy as it sounds, while staying super light (think light milk).

🤍 Collagen & Lighter Textures

Collagen stands on its own too, and remains a hydrating pick that isn’t going anywhere, even though its benefits sit more on the surface layer of the skin.

Many are embracing the lighter hydration pick thanks to the lighter textures more people in their late 20s to mid-40s are reaching for, who don’t always want the traditional, super lush pro-ageing textures.

• We’ve spotted BOOST LAB Collagen Plump Eye Cream that includes Multi-Peptide Collagen and Cauliflower Mushroom Exosomes for a strong focus on deep repair.

🤍 Lots of Packaging Refreshes & Rebranding

Brands are refreshing and repackaging to stand the test of time, move with the times, and shift towards more sustainable packaging.

• Nude By Nature is embracing their modern rebranding with their newest launch, the Dewy Serum Blush Drops
• The innovative Conserving Beauty still has their futuristic formulas, but now their packaging matches the technology.

The beauty world loves science and proof and bigger brands are investing even more into consumer studies, trials, and any claims they can use throughout their marketing claims – because what brands want to claim isn’t always going to speak to the target customer, like they themselves can.
